Inner tris?

not sure if it has a name but the inside of the arm, i cant seem to get much definition.. i saw this guy at the gym and it was like a up side down V in his tricep.
 
I think you're talking about the head on the side of the arm...lateral head?
It's not easy to really target that head. Sometimes for an isometric, I'll do one-hand reverse grip pull downs to hit that head. But instead of facing the rack, stand with your opposite shoulder toward the rack. This way, it's more of a sideways pull accross your chest...light wight...strict form.
 
try doing tricep extensions with your palms facing up rather than towards your body. I feel this movement on the inside of my tris.
 
Maybe it's just me cause I've had some shoulder issues but reverse grip extensions hurt my shoulder, BAD
