Ok bro's here's a question.
I just injured myself playing rugby, i broke my clavicle in two places. I'm really pissed about this cause my fitness was getting to a fairly high level, and now i'm fucked for training for awhile atleast. How long would you guys suggest i take off from training? I was thinking probably about a month.
Here's the question, how much time could i expect to save in my recovery period if i did a cycle? If i can't get back to playing shape before the first few weeks of dec. its not really worth it, i'll just wait and do a cycle over christmas while rugby is taking a break. I want to try and conserve as much overall fitness as i possibly can, and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
for the next few weeks i think i'll have to limit myself to the stationery bike. Although i've hear that if i was to keep training the healthy side of my body then i would get overall benefits from that.
Any help would be cool,
later.
