injury advice

i broke my collar bone on sunday, and rather then then pain going away its getting worse. i'm getting stabing pains up my arm and on my delt, not where the bone is broken either.
any advice?
also how long till i can train again?

tylenol #3 with codiene is for the pain.

take 4 200mg advils 3 to 4 times a day. this is the theraputic dosage for sprain and injuries. it helps with swelling also.
 
Cut off one of your pinkies and one of your big toes. Trust me you will never feel your collar bone pain again!:chainsaw:
 
Advil and motrin both will help with any swelling you have. Also dcup has some sound advise there on diverting your attention from the pain.
 
And on you final question regarding how long until you can train..
I'm sorry to tell you this but with that sort of injury, you will never
be able to lift anything weighing over 2 lbs over your head again...

I sugguest taking up Step Aerobics or Water ballet to keep the BF% down.
