Injured rib(s)

A week or so ago I fell and banged my rib against a metal table(dont ask:rolleyes: ). It hurt when working out but I figured Id just push through the pain. Bad call :(

The next morning it hurt so much I thought I might have cracked it. Went to the hospital and got some xrays. The doc send there was no visible sign of any break and that I should just take it easy for a while.

The problem is that I just started my first cycle last Tuesday(done one shot so far; 250/200mg of test/deca respectively). I want to keep going with the cycle but cant really work out as this is some painful shit.

What do you guys think I should do? Has anyone else had a very painful bruised rib? How long did it take for it to heal enough to continue workouts? Could I hold off on the shot for a couple more days to see if it will get better? Im using cypionate which if Im not mistaken has the longest halflife, which would mean it would be easier to maintain test level? Im really pissed off that I injured myself right at the beginning of my first cycle. What shitty luck!! :( Thanks for the help..

Sorry about your accident, My advice is to postpone your cycle until the bruise heals, which could be one month or even more,

On gear you run the risk of making a minor injury a major injury.
 
i also bruised my ribs two weeks ago doing side bends for my abdominals.my bodyfat is really low and im must have moved in the wrong way and dam the pain was unbearable but since im a massge therapist i worked on my stomach muscles myself and underneath my rib and now irs finally better after working on it for two weeks.bu the way i never stopped working out
