Hey
I offically hate my right knee. Played indoor soccer yesterday and injured my right knee again. I did have problems with my knee ligament before ...hurt it previously and was told that my ACL ligament was badly torn but didn't go for the operation where the ligament is repaired since the doctor said the ligament seemed to have fused unto another part of the bone and was stable. Been playing soccer since march last year, no problems even been playing squash...and now this happens. And jus' when I'm getting into my training. Doing proper full squats and really starting to get into 5x5 training...fuck I hate this ...really really hate this. Ok enough bitching and moaning, any ideas if I should got back to squats or should I forget about it totally ? I know its a long shot but do you guys have any idea how long I could be out for. I know I probably would never play soccer or squash(racket ball) again but would I be able to get back into lifting or am I fucked for life.
I know I need to get the knee checked up but its gonna be really costly to go for an operation and still not be able to play or lift.
Also I've probably lost more cartilage and am headed for arthritis of my knees ..any thing that I can do to prevent this happening or this a forgone conclusion ?
Man I really really really hate this
thanks anway
