just keep it good and steril bro...yes there can be hazards if you dont do it like we tell you...gotta aspirate...dont shot in a vein....i would stick with the glutes if you are new.... i am on cycle 2 and i still only go with the glute...try to rotate spots so you dont get scar tissue...and dont be a moron

How do you rotate spots? If you only have the upper, outer part of the glute, it seems tough to not get pretty close to the same spot. I just took shot #3 and it was back to the right cheek, same as #1, and there didn't look like too much area in the upper, outer part of the cheek to "rotate". Just wondering how to avoid scar tissue.

I hit left glutes, right glute, right quads, left quad, right delt, left delt etc., repeat...
