injection welt?

Hey guys, im a newbie to this and i hate to ask a newbie question but here goes. I just injected in my glute, 130mg, of test cypionate. Here's my question: Does it form a welt right after the injection? It doesn't hurt or anything and didn't when i injected but there is a small welt where i injected, is this common? I'm just worried about an abcess. Thanks guys!!

sometimes a small welt, sometimes not, should be ok.

as long as the gear was clean - including, new needle, sterile site ect. an abcess is HIGHLY unliky, esp since you have never injected there befor. Be sure you get into the muscle, and massage the jiuce in there once you have injected. Get used to the swelling bro, it's part of the game.

adicus thank you for the info. It's nothing now, just went away. I was just scared that i got an abcess on my very first injection lol. Thanks guys!

I've got one in each of my ass cheeks from last nights 500mg/each injections of Enanthate.

Is there anything to help alleviate this? I've heard taking a hot shower and heating the bottle will help immediately before injection, as well as massaging the injection site?

I don't wanna go thru this discomfort every week... if it's unneccessary that is.
