Injection timings for deca and sustanon

Hey Guys ,
I will be starting my second cycle of dianabol tablets ,and sustanon and deca shots soon ,i didn't take the injectables in my Ist cycle .Pl help me to know what is the best time for taking sustanon and deca injections ...is it 1 hr before the exercise or is it in the night when the body is resting ie.do they give a solid strength to pump during exercise if taken before the pump or they help in growing more if taken in the night which would be a better option ? ...........also shall i take the deca and sustanon shots that are to be taken weekly on the same day or on the different days of the week ? pl help me guys with your opinions !Thanks ...

You can take the inj. anytime. I would split your dosages into 2x/wk (example: monday and thursday) for the inj deca and sust.

Anytime bro...I usually go in the morning so the oil has a chance to disapate during the day

to get the most out of Sustanon it is best to take it eod, but since this is only your second cycle maybe that would be too much.

Every one usually has there own time for injections due to time restraints as work etc...I usually take my shots in the evening
