I am doing a cycle of deca and sus 250, I was told that to build up lagging parts I could inject in to that site I want to inject into my bi's , which AS should I use and how should I go about doing it.

If you have someone to help you then yes Glutes is the best spot. Otherwise I would go with the quads.

you will get a lot of different answers on this. but the bro's that do the site injections love them.

as for which one you should use? if i'm understanding your question, winny is the best. i use the zambons becuase they are water based and i can use a small insulin needle to inject.

i guess you were showing your age there too....huh?in any case,i beleieve that site inj's will yield an increase in size due to inflammation from the injection...the pumps and mental stimulation that goes along w/ site inj's is undeniably a great feeling...as for long term effects,they diminish as the site inj's seize...IMO
