Injection site rotation

I try to rotate but i only do left/right quad then left/right glute. I dont think i have the technique to pin anywhere else

Why's rotating your injection sites so important?

Too prevent scar tissue buildup.

Delts is one of the easiest places.. would do delt every injection if I could

It has been years since I've been able to hit them, but rear delts are really one the lease painful spots to hit
