I experiencing some muscle soreness around my lower quads and hamstrings that vary in location from day to day. It feels like a muscle soreness/pain sometimes unbearable.
Thing is, I haven't worked my legs out to frequently enough for them to be sore that way. They feel like I've worked them out for the first time.
I'm wondering if my injections have something to do with my soreness in my legs. I inject into the upper muscle of my glutes on the sides (I alternate sides every week) and have been doing fine till the 3rd/4th week into my t400 cycle. I would get red swells @ the injection site that subside in a few days, but I have been noticing the soreness, from my upper thigh to lower quads and hamstings, and it is concerning me.
Could the injections be related to my soreness? Could I be wearing out my injection sites, with scar tissue, due to always injecting there?
I haven't worked out my legs in the past week and they have been sore like this. It's almost painful to move.
Could someone offer some advice/ remedies beside "stop using t400"?
