If you consider your legs two be two spots on your thighs and your glutes that gives you six spot and that should be fine if your shooting 1-2 times a week. But I would suggest using your delts tri's and bi's also to spread it out and alleviate and scar tissue build up.

If injecting into Tri &Bicepts can you use an insulin syringe with a 30g? I read a thread about someone injecting Test C sub-q so I guess the oil will go through 30g. I suppose it depends on your arm size but for someone who is slim like myself would this be ok?

Depends on volume and frequency. I've done a 2cc (1cc twice a week) a week cycle of test e in nothing but my quads. Currently on 6cc (2ccs three times a week) a week cycle and rotating between glutes and quads with no poblems.

You can use 1/2" slin pins in quads and delts if you are really lean. I don't understand injecting tris and bis when you have glutes, quads and delts...

I've used a 29 gauge slin pin to inject test cypionate; works fine.

Also, what size were you using 0.5" or 1" ?

.5" is the longest they come in.

just to be on the safe side i wouldn't recommend anyone use anything smaller then a 25G and 1 inch needle.

and i wouldn't recommend injecting the same spot more then once a week tops.

you can get away with not doing both of those things but eventually it will catch up to you so its best to be on the safe side.. you spent all that money on your oil's why wouldn't you want to make sure its done the best way possible ?

Oil flowed through the 29 gauge slin pin as easily as it flows through a 25 gauge IM pin.

25 gauge 1.5 inch is what I usually use, and I bury that thing in my glutes and quads.

Surely the size of the needles used depends on the size of your body so is there a guide to what size I should use?

Should there be any pain while or after injecting? I read a few threads on here where people have had painful experiences. Is this normal?
