I Like To Do My Injection My Self But Im Really Scared To Do It

clean top of vial with alcohol, get out pin, b4 you put pin in the vial - draw back pin and put a little air into vial... now draw back to desired amount to be injected. make sure you get the air out of the pin/syringe, clean your glute with alcohol, push pin in your bum (find site injections dot com website for spot), pull back pin slightly to make sure you're not hitting a vein, then slowly push it in... done. First time is freaky, but then you can't wait for the next - good luck.

Yep!!!! The first time is always a bit nerve racking…

For your first pin, I suggest you hit the glute.
Prep everything then after you swab gently rest the needle against your skin then begin a gentle push.

You will feel it penetrate the skin, but after that it is butta!

Get the first one out of the way and they get easy pretty quick.

Make sure you follow all protocols in regards to sanitation and aspiration!

I felt the same my first time. I was so worked up I kept just nicking myself with the dart. had about 6 bleeders going before i jabbed it. then I only got it in about 1/2" on the first throw so i pushed it the rest of the way really slow. Advise......follow the protocol as stated by Shawnerk and Toiron and then just stick it. its not natural but it doesn't hurt. good luck

Back in May, I had a detailed step by step on how to glute inject...I too was worried about doing it right and being sterile.

If one of the plats can find it and post it for this guy, it might be helpful.

every 1 that shoots has been in yer shoes. take your time, get prepared, stay sterile, and sack up. Once you do it a few times you will be amazed at how you start to look foreward to jabbing yourself.

definitely aspirate! I know alot of guys don't... my buds don't... heck, for my first cycle I didn't....never really had a problem... second time around, I figured, "why not try it?" - well, a few weeks into the cycle, I aspirated and pulled out blood into the needle...alot... made my head weak and freaked me out.... oh yah, moral of the story... aspirate! you don't want to risk injecting that stuff into your bloodstream

I had a huge phobia of needles before i started like when i had surgury i couldnt even look and the IV or anything i HATED them but once you do it urself its nothing i inject again tommorrow and i cant wat and i should be getting more pinz in today!
