Injection depth....I know...I know

Alright been doing this for a while.....and just Injected into my Lat for the first time and going to try my bicep for the first time...

#1 I am injecting 3 cc's at a time.....Been hitting my chest, quads, delts and now lats....

Is 3cc's to much for bi's?

Also, getting the stuff out of little amps sucks...especially after already having 1cc of tren in there..Then squizzing in 2cc's of Prop..

3cc's is a little too much for a first time bi shot. Why aren't you shooting your glutes.??? Your glutes will handle 3cc with little or no probs ..................
 
Well no matter what I have to rotate....But, for some odd reason I bruise when I shoot in my glutes....But, no where else on my body
 
NO NO NO do not shoot 3 cc's into your Bi's for the first time, or even the tenth time. I wouldnt go over 2cc's in the Bicep, unless you have 21" arms

you shoot 3ccs in your calf you wont walk, man just rotate thighs glutes delts, thatll give you 6 injection spots per week, should be enough, if you have any smaller injections to do, then use the smaller muscle groups
 
man, 3cc's in a bicep....thats gotta cause some serious swelling and can't be good....the bicep is a VERY small muscle bro

How many injections per week? Regardless, you should rotate to other areas otherwise you run the risk of building up scar tissue.
 
I'm in the same boat as you man.... Recently started shooting in new sites..... Glutes are just scarred up bad at this point..... My new favorite sites are 1. Triceps..... Goes in so easy, barely have to push the needle for it to go in..... They are also rarely sore and can handle 3cc's of oil easy..... 2. Lats..... They are a bit more "Fiberous" for lack of a better word, they kinda remind me of Quads, have to push hard to get needle through the muscle, but work pretty well for me.... 3. Traps.... Needle goes in easy, can handle 3cc's of oil usually (based on their size), only bad thing is it can be an awkward angle reaching up that high till you get used to it..... I just usually lean over on a table in front of a Mirror, makes it easier..... If you need basic instructions on how to hit these sites: spotinjections.com is the best spot..... I can give you more detailed info if you need it though....

Traps would seem like it would hurt or just not feel right.....Never tried tri's .. maybe I will today
