take your time deep IM is the way to go and rushing it only means you might get some in the dermal layers which sucks

but some of the pics i have seen online it looks like they are tensing their muscles

its a bitch having nandrolin 50mg ...you have to inject quite a few mls lol....and running out of poking spots lol

yeah i know it comes in greater strengths but couldnt get any of the 200/300 mg range so had to put up with this one
