injecting test whats the best size pin for glute shots and delt shots thanks for the help guys

I've never done a delt shot but a 25g x 5/8" seems really small for an IM injection.

Assuming you are using oil based gear, make sure you draw the gear into the syringe with a much larger needle, preferably 18g. Then switch back to the smaller needle for the actual injection.

For delts, I use a 1" 25 g. Could probably use a 1 1/2. For arms I use a 5/8 25 g. I guess it all depends on how much muscle and fat you have in an area to inject.

Yeah, I was thinking more along the lines of a 1" pin as well. But since I haven't actually stuck my delts yet I should probably just keep my mouth shut

5/8" just seems so damn small...

5/8ths is definetly big enuf unless you have tons of fat...for me i shoot 5/8 in the delt fine even in the quad too! and i stil get it IM i have relatively low fat as well..to each his own...
