You need to find a very sympathetic registered nurse willing to do it...they do most of the catherterizations in a hospital setting. Not sure what you'd have to pay to get one to breach her ethics and do it for you at home (and you'd have to order the catheter supplies to do it online and have them there at your place for her to do it). You'd need the supplies in duplicate: one to drain all the contaminated urine, and another to put in the clean urine (as the original catheter used to drain would have some traces of metabolites from the dirty urine).
