Injecting near birthmarks

I have a thumbsized birthmark just an inch above the injection site on my left thigh. Is it ok to inject anyway?

Is it a big hairy mole?

½inch wide and 1inch long and yes, it´s hairy. My bodyhair is blond but it´s black on the birthmark.

If I were you I would just find another injection site. I don't know if you can inject into the birthmark, but I wouldn't take the risk. Many times, depending on which type of birthmark, the area can have a higher concentration of blood vessels which should be avoided.

As long as it is not a mole, I would not be concerend.

If it is much darker than your skin, I would probably avoid it and poke somewhere else.
