Injecting in both bicep heads

Ive seen pictures of people injecting in the inner bicep, but none shooting the outer part. Is this ok to do? I remember shooting PGF in the outer part, but that was with slin needles.

Just based on superficial vascularity, there seems to be more vessels on the outer head. Maybe just me though.
