Injecting How Tos ???

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good source of info on injecting. Something thourough, what sizes to use where, when, etc. I have a thirst for knowledge.

ffknight84, i just found the links to the bi and tri injection videos i send you a PM about. ignore my PM, here are the links:

Both files are HUGE and they just show injections without any further explanation but it might be worth the download if you're used to glutes, delts, etc. but just want to try bi's and tri's.
