injecting creatine?

Just talk to your doctor, tell him you're lookin to get huge...he'll hook you up with an IV so you can mainline that shit. That's what I did...and I've never looked back.

I'll try to post a pic of me with my creatine IV as well. I have a good shot of me doing sprints with my trainer running behind me carrying the drip-bag. I can do all-out sprints for a half hour while using the technique...I recommend it for anyone and everyone;)

You say things in a way that sound almost believable. Something might actually do this Bro. Come on.

LOL...you always say that. But I seriously hope no one really thought I do sprints with an IV...if they believe that, they deserve what they get. :insane: :freak:

Direct injection of creatine into the blood.

However, it must be noted that the intravenous injection of creatine, if it has no other effects on sports performance than dietary supplements (the capacity of penetration and storage in the muscle cells remaining a limiting factor) is capable of causing very serious health problems:

- Serious and repeated renal purification of large amounts of creatine in the bloodstream causes an increased risk of serious nephropathy, capable of destroying the kidneys.

- Injecting exogenous creatine into the blood can cause serious calcium metabolism imbalances, causing disturbances to the general metabolism; it is also capable of causing cardio-vascular problems.

In Italy, phosphate creatine intravenous injections can be practised in the framework of heart surgery (“Neoton” speciality). Other countries, however, question its effectiveness. Doses of 1 to 10 g a day are thought to be “high”; the contra-indications and serious side effects mentioned on the instructions (chronic renal insufficiency in particular) come with a very strict warning to use this product for a limited time period only.
