Injectables and Accutane?

Hey,

I'm currently started acctuane 40mg ed for 6 months (I think the derm is going to increase the dosage gradually as time passes).

As anyone that's taken dermatologist prescribed accutane knows, they require monthly bloodwork.

I want to run a cycle around feb of sust and deca + arimidex (500mg sust ew, 300mg deca ew, 1mg adex ed for 8 weeks). Would this cycle damage my liver values enough to raise a red flag and have the derm pull me off?

Uhm...why don't you do the accutane course and then juice?

Accutane makes oil glands smaller while androgens make them larger. Doing a cycle will probably negate some of the benefits of accutane, and while it may prevent acne during your cycle...there is a good chance of a relapse down the road. Which will require accutane all over again.

To answer the question, injectables should be fine aside from winny, but do not use arimidex as it will trash your lipid profile. Injectable androgens can cause liver enzyme elevation since testosterone is processed by the liver, but not signifigantly....I personally would only use one injectable to be safe but thats me. Back to arimidex..don't use it....it will fuck your lipid profile up, badly. This will be tested during your accutane course. Aromasin is the only safe one to use, since it doesn't affect cholesterol and triglycerides....but then again, aromasin is metabolized by the liver and there isn't much data on how much stress it places on the liver.

I'm running 500mgew test, 75mged tren, 400mgew eq and on 80mged accutane. I didn't take my blood test yet. I will do it in January (first week), as I will be off the dbol for about 4 weeks, and tren off for 2 weeks.

Wouldn't I probably require accutane post AAS cycle if I waited until my first accutane cycle was complete before jumping back on the gear since androgens enlarge oil glands?

Just trying to kill 2 birds w/ 1 stone

The chances are far less likely. Accutane usually has permanant results 60% of the time, with others requiring more than one course.\

I am running Accutane throughout my cycle, aswell as post cycle. MY cycle is 24 weeks (including PCT). So we'll see. Providing my liver values are fine, I will run the accutane for 6 months.
