depends if you are on or off cycle.
from what i found out (i posted a thread about this awhile ago) if you are not on a cycle use between 1000mcg once to twice a week.
if you are on cycle, shoot 1000mcg 2 to 5 times per week.
for me personally while not on cycle i shoot 1-2 times
on 2-4 times

Why...?...
The Af guys have another product thats loaded with b vitamin....it doesn't make sense to jab yourself everyday with b-12...Its temporary, and it'll thicken your blood....
as far as an appetite stimulator ....Periactin in the 4 mg's is far superior and get this....without injecting....
