Dude your fine to inject in biceps with that. But if you don't have to I wouldn't. Spot injections do not cause direct muscle growth to that particular muscle. This is a myth. Though it is shown that it can indirectly cause it. By stretching the fascia this a major part muscle growth.The fascia can restrict muscle growth greatly. This should only be necessary though IMO only if you have hit a sticking point with arms. But in order to do it in a way to work right you need to hit both heads I would believe just like SEO.
