it wasnt that I minded so much. I just became so emotional that it started causing problems in our relationship....

My girlfriend knew I was using Clomid and I told her that was whi I felt so emotional.

The sexual side effects alone are enough to keep me away from AAS but Id love to find a good alternative and oral prohormones just dont work that well.

Yep, the emotional aspect of Clomid is what bothers me as well. I really can't tolerate it for more than two weeks.

Two week experiment with injectable 4-ad-ec 100mg ED at +500KCals in an attempt to cut BF and gain lean mass.

4-ad doesn't have an ester, the 4-ad-ec is 4-ad ith an ethylcarbonate ester attached. It was the only thing used. The only changes I made were adding 3-4 working sets per bodypart and I added 400-500kcals per day to my diet mainly from carbs. The first week I actually didn't do my cardio on two of my four days due to work/personal obligations so the calorie surplus was actually greater. It seemed the 4-ad had a profound effect on my metabolism. I would definitely encourage anyone attempting the experiment to have their BF checked before and after to ensure accuracy.

The only negative side was the mild insomnia which I also get on test. There were no estrogen side effects or bloat but I can do a gram of test and get no substantial bloat or estrogen side effects.
It's very easy to convert if anyone is familiar with fina conversion. However, the best concentration I've been able to produce is 60mg/ml with the first batch being 50mg/ml and both required heating in a water bath to get everything into solution. Apparently the ethyl carbonate ester does a crappy job of improving solubility or perhaps some impurities were the culprit.

I have a feeling it's impurities- a simple method of separation is using 99% isopropyl alcohol to dissolve it in a bottle, and the impurities will be the sediment on the bottom. Decant the solution into another container and evaporate it, the remaining crystaline powder is pure 4 AD EC. I think you could also use benzyl alcohol and this way you wouldn't have to evaporate it completely, just to a specific volume and still keep it in a solution for easier processing, but I haven't tried it.

I'm thinking of adding benzyl benzoate to the solution to increase the concentration. If it 's the impurities I'll have no choice but to purify, I would at least like to get it to 100mg/ml. I would prefer 4-ad cypionate to the ec. Make a high mg solution and not feel so much like a pin cushion.
