I am currently on a bulking cycle...been taking in as many calories as I can. Everything is going good, strength up and gaining weight etc. I only hit cardio once a week. Now heres my debate. My gut in getting pretty big and noticeable. Should I jump on the tread 2-3x a week. Start dieting now on the last half of the cycle....not sure what to do?? I am probably not the only guy with this problem.... so what did you do?

i have the same problem....start doing 20-30 minutes of cardio after u workout everyday...something like walkin on the treadmill with an incline or the elliptical....if that doesnt help then start eating a lil cleaner....what does ur bulking cycle consist of? your gut is probably getting bigger because of bloat..u might want to take an anti-estrogen such as nolvadex to clear that up.....if i take test and deca without proviron my stomach bloats up like crazy
 
Good point on the bloat, I forgot all about that... Ima have to order some proviron. I love my actual size right now. Broke past the 200lb barrier and now at 205 at 5'7. Have to wear XL t-shirts now...kinda sucks cuz the old wardrobe is useless now :P

YES you should use the treadmill for more cardio so you don't look like big beer guzzling pregnant bodybuilder :artist:

Sound like a successful cycle, but yes in all seriousness, increase your cardio
2-3 x week for 30-40 min should help to lean you out and get rid of the gut
