Info on the havoc+cyclo

I just ordered my 1st cycle of havoc+cyclo are there anythings i need to know before i start?And anything i should know when finishing the cycle?Any help would be greatly appreciated guys.Thanks!

I`m pretty knowledgeable when it comes to workout,or nutrition,or basic supplements,but im a newb when it comes to this.If theres something i need to take with this please lemme know,i was reading that i should get some Novedex for when i get to the end of the cycle?

2 caps of cyclo in the am
2 caps of havoc in am
2 caps of AI Life cycle support in am

1 cap of cyclo in pm
1 cap of havoc in pm
2 caps of AI life cycle support in pm.

after i complete my cycle i will be taking

Novedex
and AI post cycle support.

Start PCT after you complete your cycle.

I'm taking GM Novadex, and AI post cycle support.

I'm also taking AI's Life cycle support during the cycle to keep everything in check.

You will want AI's life support or cycle support as mentioned. I like the pill form myself. I would seriously consider 10-15g of taurine a day and at the very LEAST 2 GALLONS OF WATER A DAY. The low back pumps from Havoc will kill you if you don't stay properly hydrated. Watch the NO supps because they will add to the uncomfortable low back pumps. I can't speak for GM Novadex, but PP test recovery stack is great and you might want some real Nolva just in case. Havoc will shut you down so take PCT seriously. I think you're better off doing 1/1 havoc/cyclo 3 different times a day to keep the compound flowing in your system. What does taking twice in the morning do for you?

Drink lots of water for the back and calf pumps.

I've heard real Nolva is better for PCT as Havoc will take over the captains seat.

Yeah, I think Im switching my Cycle to 3 spaced out as opposed to 2/1 because Im working 12 hours a day and want to keep something in my system at all times because I dont know WHEN my workouts are going to happen as Im working 7 days a week open to close lol

That's pretty much what I do...although I usually work out at the same times.


I take 2 in the morning and 1 about 30 min. prior to workout.

Correct me if Im wrong, but, this isn't a pre work out supplement like No xplode or something where taking it 30 minutes prior to a workout will enhance the workout.

I think spacing them out throughout the day is best. Test boost all about recovering faster and stronger so you can lift more next time. keep your body saturated with the compound as much as you can throughout the day, no?

Yeah...Amplify02 is supposed to be reallly good for preworkout. Im going to be ordering some of that and some lipflame today

yeah they're both really good products, used them both. Im taking a vacation from NO2 products for a while.

I build a tolerance to NO2 when I use it a lot. I like to cycle through it. More exciting that way too.
