40mcg is ok for receptor grade, if you have media grade run 80mcg. if you 200 lb or over run 100mcg. Its not like insulin you dont need the sugar, eat more longer digesting complex carbs like oatmeal etc (and obviously get as much protien down the pie hole as possible). As far as dosing think of it like oral dbol, you want to keep your blood levels steady. Try to split your daily dose into 4-8 hr. intervals. If you cant do that, split it morning and evening, try not to shoot before a work out (unless the pumps dont kill you). You can site inject into the muscle groups you are working that day or shoot it sub-Q. It is best run with your cycle 4-6 weeks at a time. If you run a 12 weeker, run the igf ir the first 6 weeks, 6 off, then run it 6 more weeks with your pct. Running it during pct will help you keep more of your gains from the cycle and even let you add a few more pounds of LBM (you should always plan your aas cycle around the 4-6 week on/off plan for IGF so that you end up starting 6 weeks of IGF on the same day you start PCT).
