a buddy of mine got busted trying to import shit from overseas...he ended up using fedex instead of usps for no particular reason...his lawyer explained to him that if you are using the usps to import drugs or send drugs thru the mail in any way that its automatically a federal crime...in his case he was looking at a mandatory minimum of 10 years with the feds if convicted..no way to get around it...instead it stayed on a state level and he recieved a 2 year sentence...most states are a lot easier going then the feds so its something to think about if your shipping a lot of drugs thru the mail.

by the way..that doesnt mean the feds cant pick up the case if its sent thru fed ex...but its better to not use usps because theres always a chance the feds wont pick it up....my friend got very very lucky..got caught with a lot of shit

he didnt snitch bro....he had a nasty lawyer...it was his first offense...and like i said the feds didnt take the case...if the feds had took it he would be doing time just like your boys are.
