I need some info about Nelson Montana's book before I buy it. Who has bought it, what do you think of it, what's the best part of it, any really new info, anything you will incorporate into your program longterm, etc etc.

Also, where do you buy the hard copy manuscript?

you can get the hard copy from his website, and i really enjoyed the bodybuilding truth, just got bottom line bodybuilding haven't really read it yet though.
