I'm 24, 6'2", and 205lbs. I am looking to bulk up to 225 at the most if I can get there and then shred. I have taken Test. Ent(I think the last initials are correct) and that was only a 2 month cycle, and I am currently using M1T. I have a week and one half left and I need to put on size!! I workout 5 times a week as of now and eat as many meals as I can squeeze into my day. It's tough with such a tight schedule. I eat chicken, egg whites, wheat bread, and usually a good home-cooked meal with the chicken, eggs, etc in between. I workout using a 2 to 3 exercise per muscle group and heavy weights with a burnout at the end of it all....Mon-Chest Tues-Bis Wed-Shoulder/Tri Thurs-Back Fri-Legs Sat Sun OFF both days...then repeat. I made good gains on M1T so far but with the ban and all coming up and also still living with the folks hurts my chance of ordering more. Anyway, I'm just looking for help in any way I can get it......thanks to all who respond.
