I am just getting over the flu. 11 days of no training and feeling like shit. I took vitamin C, Echinacea, Siberian Ginseng, and drank lots of water throughout.
I got sick about 1 time in 2 years in the US for about 2-3 days at a time. In Hong Kong I get sick about once per year for about 10 days at a time. Hong Kong has generally stronger viruses than North America - believe it.
I have the opportunity to get a flu vaccine shot in a few days. What are the pros/cons? Any experiences? Will it really help?
