That's what I use as well, it's the SHIT, I just wished they would have come in 50mg size As far as I know ML is out of biz, so make sure they say ML and size on the tabs, should be green also.

Just drink alot of water, it made my legs sore which made me not want to work them out. I am just bad about drinking water, so I dealt with the pain.
