Inducing hunger..

OK sometimes I go through phases where I am just not hungry at all.. sometimes stress induced and sometimes.. just not hungry. Are there any supplements or herbs or anything that can make you more hungry.. I sometimes dont meet my caloric intake because eating just sounds horrible..
 
I can't help you there. I'm usually hungry a lot. Sometimes not even an hour after having my chicken breast/brown rice after coming back from the gym, I'm hungry again.

What do you eat that fills you up?
 
i've heard things about devils claw being an appetite stimulant

just kidding
an easy way to get more calories when you aren't hungry is to eat healthy fats
all natural peanut butter
olive oils, flax oils, fish oils :)
