My workout usually is after 7 PM, i begin and finish it slow, try not to overtrain myself, but i couldn't sleep afterwords, i donn't feel pain, just can't relax my body and muscles. I tried:
bath, ice, all NSAID drugs (ibuprofen, aspirin, tylenol), all anti-inflammatory natural herbs you can think off, yoga, muscle relaxer gel bought in local pharmacy ( make me more agitated)
Only thing that works was anxiolitic diazepam, that is muscle relaxer, 10 mg, but i don't want to be adicted to it, because that is drug, and you must have prescription for it.
Does anyone have some solution ,or i will have to stop with further workout ?
