Im really looking for natural ways of increasing protein synthesis and digestion of proteins. Of course increased testosterone causes dramatic increase protein synthesis, but so much can be done with increasing testosterone naturally. Tongkat ali works best for that. But, there has to be other ways for increasing protein synthesis. I think its the most important factor for muscle growth. Ecdysterone is suppose to help but i haven't heard any real person advocating it. I know ginger root and digestive enzymes like twinlab superenzymes caps also help, but there is got to be more. There has to be a herbal extract or maybe a drug with just the main purpose of protein synthesis. Hgh also has its place but its more compound. Anybody read any articles or know of any good herbs the help absoption of aminoacids. I heard of aminogen from the protein factory, but i doubt that works noticably. The average person has the potential to stores 25% of amino acids that he intakes, in the muscle and muscle is made up of 80% protein by dry weight. If you were to increase that to 35% then for every 10 pounds of muscle gained then there is the potential for an extra 3 pounds.
