Increasing HDL levels

Well, i haven't been on a cycle for more than five months now, i was gonna start one in Nov, but i found out that my HDL levels are real low. My HDL levels is 35.

well i know niacin is a good choice for doing the job, but wanna know if anyone else tried something else to increase them and worked.
 
35 is low but not that low... I was @ 9 (YES NINE) after a 10 weeks cycle that included winstrol!!!!

Omega-3 supplements, eat salmon, cut out sat. fat and CARDIO. It will take some time but should improve you level unless you are just predisposed to high-cholest.

Well i thought 35 is low, but didnt expect 9. thats too low, well thats why i hate winstrol!
 
red wine, cardio, omegas.. but USUALY when your off your good again. im now 30 on primo var winni and im suspecting it was the var that did it,,, actualy i know thats what did it. make sure when jumping off you pound the cardio to speed things up a bit. lol
 
Just finished a winny cycle. Mine is low. Not 9 but low. Overall is 119.Was the same just before I went on about 14 weeks ago.
Cardio, fish oils and proper diet did it for me.
Had't used anything in about 15 years. Tested one year prior to and was overall at 204 so I worked it out before going on and glad I did.
Niacin is a mebee. Mebee it will, mebee it won't.
 
Fish from cold regions, has the good fat....salmon, it one.......avocatdo helps, nopal plant beside been in high fiber...also helps.....sam-e capsuls helps...
 
Protein Factory is going to be coming out with a new product which will both reduce aromatization as well as improve your HDL levels.
