If you are a woman you can start with 10mg a day and you can go up to 20mg a day... more experienced ladies go up to 30mg a day.

If you are a men, 10mg will do absolutely nothing for you.

that isn't how steroids work, this isn't clen here

run the correct amount from day 1 and let the esters do the work instead of trying to play scientist

10 mg is a female dose, not a man's
