i think all this stuff does is make your cartilage thicker, thus making you taller, but when you stop taking the stuff, you shrink

that age range is messed up.

i was done growing up when i was a freshman in high school.

it says you still have to be in the growth stage. I'm 20 and I'm definitly not getting any taller for the last 3-4 years
