incorporate HGH?

I could really use some advice! I was planning my upcoming cycle using test prop/EQ and probably winstrol (inj.) and proviron. PCT would consist of nolva and HCG. It is going to be my third cycle, the first two being 1) test 250 mg p/w and EQ 400 mg p/w and 2) test 250 mg p/w, EQ 400 mg p/w and winstrol tabs 40 mg per day for six weeks. Both cycles were 10 weeks, PCT in both cases HCG/nolva.

I am almost 40, i weigh in at just above 200 lbs with a BF% of i guess 10-11%, i work out for several years now.
What i am hoping to achieve from my next cycle is keep at least the muscle i have (of course i hope to add a few pounds) and drop quite some BF, my diet will consist of four meals with only fat/protein, on workout days my fifth and sixth meal will have carbs and protein. In total the calories will be somewhat below maintenance.

The cycle i had in mind:
Wk 1-10: prop 100 mg EOD
Wk 1-10: EQ 100 mg EOD (eod not necessary i know, but i stick 2 ml together with the prop)
I was thinking about adding 50 mg winstrol EOD and proviron 50 mg ED.
For PCT i was thinking about instead of using HCG post cycle to take 250 IU twice a week all through the cycle and nolva post cycle.

Now i always wanted to use HGH and now i can get it. I am sure it is the real thing. I have read a lot about it and i think it is best for my goals to take 4 IU per day for 15 weeks. I am not going to use insulin b/c it scares me and i am not sure if i should use T3, allthough it makes sense to use it i have a hard time getting a consensus on how much for how long, etc...
I know HGH stacks with anything but what do you guys think? would it be wise to incorporate it? And should i start with HGH the same time i start with the rest? And what about my diet? since i don't want to use slin should i be carefull with the fat/protein meals only?
I did a lot of reading but there are still some things i would love to hear from the ppl that have experience in this matter.

I've always read that you should do HGH 6ish months at a time (that's what I'm currently doing -- i'm starting my 4th month. Since you are over 40, my guess is you'll really like it. It's odd, but normally the people who don't like HGH are usually less than 30 and the people 40+ tend to love it.

I'd start at 2 IU's per day, done in the morning, then add a second dose in the afternoon of 2 IU's -- but only after you've done 2 IU's / day for 3-4+ weeks. You can get some edema and joint pain early-on, and ramping-up slowly can make it easier. The sides really aren't that bad, and once you see the impact HGH has on your BF and body composition (as well as the synergy it has with AAS in general), you'll practically laught at the HGH sides.

Also, in hindsight, I wish I had done HGH 2-3 weeks, then started my 10 week cycle. Right as my AAS were kicking in (3ish weeks into cycle), my HGH joint pain kicked-in too. Ideally, if you start HGH 2-3 weeks early, you can be working-through any sides while you are still ramping-up your blood levels of AAS.

And finally... you need low blood sugar levels to process HGH. I'm a wuss and afraid to use insulin. My HGH documentation said don't eat 1 hour before or after injecting, but I streached that out to 2 hours. Here's my schedule:

Wake up 5:00 am -- shoot
Back to sleep till 7:00 or 7:30
Eat

Work out from 1:00 - 3:00
At gym, I hit a post-workout shake with a lot of protein and carbs
Eat additional food at home
Shoot again about 5:15 (2 hours after eating)
Rest / Nap till 7:00 ish
7:15 Eat big
