Inbetween meals

Besides the 3 main meals What do you guys have inbetween these meals in order to make up the 6 meals a day? Are they packed with protein?
 
I have a tablespoon of NPB with a rice cake in the am and a tablespoon of NPB with an apple before I go to the gym.

Me: Protein shakes
Can of chicken
Can of Tuna
Peanut Butter Sandwiches
Cottage cheese
Rice Cakes
V8
Peanuts
 
One of my favorite late night snacks when my hunger is the worst is a trail-mix of fiber one cereal and peanuts, 10 fish oils capsules, and a huge glass of water... After that my hunger is gone

If you're bulking try hardboiled eggs mashed with anpb and a little bit of cottage cheese. Sounds disgusting but its surprisingly good
