In your opinion, what are the top 10 supplements one should have?

Whether cycling or not, what supps should one have if they are into this lifestyle?

ala...multi...garlic...NAC...multi... ?? etc etc
 
I think you guys should start thinking more along the lines of "what is going to keep me alive" rather than "what will make me bigger"

Anti-oxidants..

Yeah, that's pretty much what I stick with, Multivitamins, anti-ox...

Never spent too much $ on supplements.
 
Anti-oxidants any got a good brand they can recommend?
 
Ok, I can't think of 10 either, but here's a few great ones:

1. Protein Powder
2. A Multivitamin
3. Don't get a multimineral, instead buy separate minerals and take different ones thruout the day.
4. AlphaLipoic Acid, I love this stuff!!
5. Ephedra :)
6. Creatine if it works on you(It doesn't on me)
 
Ya if you are taking 10 supps when off, that is quite a bit. This is what I take everyday whether on or off, obviously I take a lot more stuff when on.

1. Protien Powder
2. MultiVitamin
3. Ester-C
4. B-Complex vitamin (usually take with my shakes)
5. Extra Virgin Olive oil. 1 shooter/day.

I swap on and off with creatine and fat burners too sometimes.

Yes that's exactly what I'm asking for. I'm talking about supplements like vitamins, minerals, etc that'll improve ones life, but that also cater to our needs as people who are into the fitness lifestyle. Ten is a lot to ask for I know.

Zinc, vit C, vit E, selenium, garlic, NAC, co-enzyme q10, DMAE?
