myway, why is it such a speed trap between the stadiums and independence center?

That's ALL KCPD. They sux BAD! I think it's prolly because they are WAY overstaffed and trying to keep the numbers up(tickets) to justify the tax dollars paying for the extra cars. There have been a ton of complaints about traffic problems around the stadiums. There were several articles about it being the reason for low turn outs at the games. People said they were not going to games because of the traffic='s more police in the area to be seen='s peeps won't bitch about the taxes they are paying for all of the extra police. That's my guess because that's when it all started. I never see speed traps set up in da hood. Won't find any if you drive down Prospect or Troost Ave.(where they need more police). U know why? They aren't getting the most tax dollars from those peeps. It's kinda fucked up.
Long story short: That's where they can find the most people(write the most tickets), keep the numbers up and be seen(justify all of the extra police).
