Hi guys. I'm in week 5 of my first cycle. Haven't seen any gains on the mirror yet, a bit of increase in strength definitely has happened, my libido is up like fk, been having trouble in sleeping and my weight has went up 1.5kg . Is it normal not to see any muscle growth yet? I am not able to tell are the changes that happened to me from dbol only and is the susta bunk and not working or is it too early to see muscle growth..
P.S. I'm living in a country where I can't do blood tests without an admission note from a Dr.
My cycle:
Sustanon: Weeks 1-12 @500mg/week (pinned twice)
Dbol: Weeks 1-6 @40mg/day (split every 4-5 hours)
Nolva: Weeks 1-6 @20mg/day (during dbol)
Arimidex: Weeks 7-12 @0.5 eod.
And ofc PCT 3weeks after last pin of susta

26 y.o
Been lifting for 2years straight
Diet
250-300g protein and ~3500kcal /day

Any help and advice is much appreciated!
 
bro, if you ran 6 weeks of dbol and have seen nothing and also using sustanon with nothing, at this point then your gear is absolutely bunk and i also wonder about your diet and training as well... that's far too long to be using dbol as it is... why in the world are you starting with nolva and transitioning into arimidex? that makes NO SENSE whatsoever... bro, if i was you, i would seriously just stop, run pct and completely reassess what your doing before you hurt yourself... seriously bro... im just looking out for your health... you need a new source as well... go to Evolutionary.org Forums as it is an open source forum... then, you need to do more research, ask more questions etc because as is, its not good at all...
 
Prob is I have seen a big progress in strength and been having these crazy pumps in the gym. but I'm not seeing any change in the mirror, that's what is not making sense to me... As for the nolva I'm sorry I posted it wrong, I started running the nolva in week 3 when i started seeing gyno, as for the switching to Arimidex, it was because I didn't want to use adex with dbol since most of dbol's gains are from the elevated estrogen while adex would kill it, then after dbol would change to adex since not running dbol anymore, or does this sound crazy to you?

I thought of that too, but I'm really training my ass off, 6 days a week 3hours at the gym every muscle twice a week. Do you think 250-300g of protein and ~3500kcal is too little on a cycle?
 
I dropped the dbol now and will wait to see if the pumps continue, if they do that means susta is legit but I'm fking up somewhere else.. Any thoughts?
 
Bunk gear dude. I blow up like a blow up doll when I am on sust and Dbol to kick start and like Dylan said how the hell did you consider doing dbol for that long............not good man. usually it's a 4 week to kickstart. throw the gear out before you put more of that in your body.
 
Know it's a bit long, but I am running liver support with the Dbol, started it a week before the Dbol cycle and was going to run for a week after it..

Dbols gains do not come from estrogen. Water weight and gyno come from estrogen. You should have used adex or aromasin from day one. If I were you I would stop and run the proper PCT now

Bro i'm a natty at the moment and i can see my body changing in size every 3 weeks while on a bulk, even 2 weeks of bulking if i took a picture without a shirt there would be a visable increase in mass, maybe it's just my genetics but fix your diet/training routine.
 
This thread is a mess... lol, your diet is not on point if you are getting gyno and elevated estrogen with no gains... diet dictates whether or not you blow up 40lbs on do our gain 10 lean lbs... I always eat clean calories, therefore to minimize bloat and I find that when I get off, I don't lose much...
 
What does your training routine look like? Why are you working out for 3 hours? The only time I would spend 3 hours in a gym is if I worked there lol

That may be your problem among the others guys mentioned.

Your diet seems fine in terms of numbers.
 
Yeah guys reporting back now that week 6 is finishing.
Weight has gone up 4.5kg now strength went up the roof (from benching 120kg twice to 130kg twice) and in the beginning of week six I just woke up looked at the mirror and BOOM, perhaps it was mental thinking I'm not progressing, though I didn't say there was no gains, if you look at the op I already had gained 1,5kg. But just didn't notice it in the mirror. Talked to a few guys who used susta and researched threads and alot of people have reported back that they didn't notice gains till week 7. So everything is cool gyno is out the window the nolva killed it, now continuing with adex. And diet has been clean and strict as f**k. Oats, rice, meat, tuna, chicken, eggs, cottage cheese and vegetables haven't had anything else for 6 weeks.
 
I agree with liquid too mike.... you may be in the gym too long.... too much will kill gains as well... unless.... you are that guy that talks to everyone, like my best friend.... 1.5 takes 3.5 cause we have to talk to everyone in the gym.... lol

Well some talking of course happens :D but I train every muscle twice a week, so two muscles a day (every muscle with 6 different moves or exercises or whatever they're called in Eng :D) 6days aweek. I have been training like this for 2 years, with the right diet and good amount of sleep I've had great gains.
