worst places to live- definately new york city, all major east coast cities such a phily, dc, baltimore,also good portion of the entire east coast and inland about 200 miles, most of california

best places to live-hawaii, alaska,northern plains(north and south dakota), rocky mountain region, hopefully arizona(where i live), new mexico

places in between- mid south(texas, louisiana) northeast central)ohio, illinois, northwest(oregon, montana, washington)
