Does anyone use 5/8" for injecting into the delt? I have heard that you should use a 1". what do you guys use for this bodypart?

i use whatevers around, 5/8 is nice to hit delt with thought, i dont like 1, but ill use it..

Im USING 5/8 pins for delts and all is good apart from its sust going in and it stings like fuck for days after

1 inch for the delts. Sometimes when 1in in not availbe I use 1.5 inch..........Just dont stick it in all the way. (what she said)

Anyway really depends on delt size and sub layer of body fat covering the deltoid muscle.

I use 25x5/8 for delts lats and bi's. Gotta heat the oil but it's a nice way to avoid scar tissue.....
