he has to have given something legit.....these are things I can use to find him:

address (shipping or home)
ssn
name
phone number


any of those things and I can basically reel the guy in by myself....from all the way here in Canada.

Then we can line him up against the wall and give him the Humpty Dumpty treatment

Yeah people can buy stolen paypals online nowadays so if your using your legit paypal for shady stuff your a fool. In my opinion if you use paypal at all for anything your a fool. Paypal has a class action law suit against them, and theres thousands of people running around using other peoples legit paypal accounts to buy shit from unsuspecting fools.

Theres no way the person would use any legit info to scam you through paypal because he could easily be busted. Theres no way your gonna find out who this guy is unless your sure this was his account.
