I drink straight waxy in water
slam whey easy
Tuna out the can daily
raw/cooked eggs no problem
L-glutamine simple

BCAAs make me want to gag, but fuck it if there workin

If the BCAA pills you're going to take are those humungo oversized looking multi-v textured garbo ... its not worth it at all. buy the powder and cap em urself, way better imo.
those oversized cheap-o ones don't really digest...

Have you tried mixing your bcaa with crystal light? I buy my bcaa from trueprotein and I get it flavored. It is not so bad.

completely agree with you combined it today with waxy and nitrotech protein tasted like balls, i gotta mix it with something other than water
