In Desperate Need of Work Out Schedule

Hey guys, not really sure if I'm posting in the right area, but I'm in desperate need of a work out schedule.

I'm farely new to this site so I'll tell you a bit about me.

I'm 16 years old, have been working out off and on for the past year, 5'10 150lbs.

I have been working out for the past 3 months doing all sorts of things, mostly bench press, and I have no real schedule or anything to follow. I'm getting kind've annoyed too, I'm extremely skinny and looking to bulk. 3 months ago I weighed at 149.9... After 3 months, I weigh 150.6

I'm in the gym almost everyday for at least an hour, I'm not on any protein shake, createin or supplements and YES I eat EVERYTHING in the house, all good food too.

I'm hoping someone could help me with this or direct me to a topic that has some sort of beginner work out schedule.

you need a protien shake bro i'm also 16

If your eating alot at our age you should of gained way more then 2 pounds after 3 months there's something wrong there

You need to consume close to 4000-5000 cals a day

For training maybe start at the madcow 5x5, but personally i did not follow that and gained alot of weight doing a regular splits something like this

Mon: Chest
Tues:Back
WedsShoulders
Fri:Legs
Sat:Bies/tries

The only supps i took were creatine, which worked amazing for me.
