Alright if I have Pregnol hcg 5,000iu (1ml), is it safe to buy a presealed vial and put 9 cc's of Bac water in it then put the other 1cc of hcg after it is mixed to equal 10ml at 1000iu per cc

I want to inject 500iu or .5cc once a week through cycle, and I was just wondering is this right and is it safe to inject that much Bac Water?

Let me see if I understand this. You have a vial of 5,000U of HCG reconstituted with 1ml of BW. If you add 9ml's of BW to this vial, you will have a new concentration of 500U HCG/ml. You will inject 1ml (500U) weekly IM.

thanks doc maybe I will just put 5cc's so I get 500iu per .5cc's.

Now the ? is should I run this every sat(500) and sun(500) threw cycle all the way up to clomid and nolva therpy to protect from atrophy. How do I incorporate this into my pct

Downie -

once you rehydrate your hCG in bacteriostatic water, which is unbuffered, it won't last more than a week or two.

Best to use something like Ringer's Solution (comes in IV bags; it's what they use for IV drips post-surgery etc.), since it's got a phosphate-citrate buffer system as well as other substances (sucrose, etc.) which will help enhance the stability of your hCG for storage.

10cc of Ringer's over 5000iu of hCG will give you 500iu per cc, and it will keep for approx. 3-4 weeks (possibly longer if it's aliquoted - split into smaller amounts, like 1cc in a vial or amp - and FROZEN until use) in the fridge.

hey doc I thought hcg is good for a month once mixed with the water it comes with as long as its refridgerated.

That's because it doesn't come with WATER, it comes with 'physiological solution' (that's the extent of my translation skills from Turkish). This is a buffered solution which enhances the stability of the hormone.

Bacteriostatic water is just water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a bacteriostatic agent. No buffers, no salts, no detergents. It's a bad place to be if you're a protein.

is there anything else that I can put it in to dalut it besides what you said early, I was going to try it this time IM instead of sup-q with the insulin pins, besides how long exactly does it last if i just use the solution that comes with it.

I don't recommend running HCG throughout a cycle. First, my cycles or eight weeks or less. Second, you can develop resistance to LH by constant use of HCG. Remember, HCG is analous to the body's LH. Second, I only recommend using HCG for the first three weeks of the eight-week recovery cycle. I have clients use 1,000U, IM, MWF. They also use 20mg Nolvadex daily for the first six weeks. The only time I add Clomid 50mg daily--piggybacking Nolvadex--is if the client is coming off a prolonged, heavy cycle.
